Terrible quality shoes
Terrible quality shoes! I bought a pair of rubber boots from The Outnet as an investment purchase, precisely because Ganni markets itself as an ethical and sustainable brand. They split after about ten wears (less than three months' life) and both The Outnet and Ganni are refusing to refund. Their boots look amazing - the most gorgeous pair of boots I've ever owned - but unfortunately the quality is terrible.

Horrible quality and disrespectful customer service
I was visiting Paris for a few days and purchased a pair of boots from the Marais store. 2 short weeks after, during which I wore them maybe 4 times, the platform detached from the boot in both shoes. Very disappointed from the surprisingly extremely short lifespan of these boots, i reached out to the customer support, that pointed me to the store where I made the purchase. The store replied that they will check with customer support, and I'm welcome to visit the store so we can discuss it, even though I mentioned in my email i do not live in France. They have stopped replying since, it's been almost 3 weeks and still no reply.
I'm shocked that they charge almost 400 euros for boots with such low quality, and ignore customers complaints. I would expect much much more of this brand.
BROKEN SHOES AND NO REPLACEMENT
Unfortunately I bought a pair of Ganni boots through Browns and have subsequently been given incredibly disappointing support from both Ganni and Browns.
I have been in the Ganni store a few times to ask about replacing my boots, which I've been told were part of a faulty batch and therefore split down the back. I really adore these shoes (I am a conscious consumer and vegan, so it is rare to find a (supposedly) sturdy pair of shoes that aren't made from leather) and want to be able to have a new pair at no extra cost. The issue is, Browns only offered to refund me, which isn't very helpful as I bought them with a discount, which no longer applies.
It is absolutely unacceptable that a luxury brand that prides itself on sustainability and justifies high costs due to said sustainability can allow so many shoes to break, giving them such a short lifespan (in my experience, about 4 months).
That being said, if it is just a faulty pair, then why can't Ganni and Farfetch replace my shoes!

Appalling customer service
I've been trying to return a parcel for over a month but the shipping labels they send me aren't valid when read at the parcel shop. I've tried calling their customer service and messages over 10 times via email and whatsapp. Each time I have to wait 1-2 weeks for a reply and I always get the same kind of automated message as if I'm talking to a robot. Not sure they're reading my messages or simply reply the same thing each time. I honestly will never buy anything from Ganni's website. Worst experience + appalling customer service. I need to be able to return my items. It's my legal right.

For all the people that didn’t get a refund: the moment my return package arrived at the warehouse I also didn’t got any e-mail so I literally had to stalk them (call, sent many many e-mails) and then finally they decided to pay me back. What a horrible experience

Waiting seven weeks now for a refund on…
Waiting seven weeks now for a refund on my return. Got in touch three weeks ago and they said my item had arrived 'some time ago' but problems at the warehouse end meant it had not been processed. Really unacceptable level of service.
I placed an order 4 weeks ago
I placed an order 4 weeks ago, it has not been delivered and the money has left my account. I have emailed customer services 3 times and had no reply and I can’t get through on the phone. Very poor customer service! Won’t be shopping directly with Ganni again.

I wish I could put 0 stars
I wish I could put 0 stars! Waiting for over a month for my refund now. TERRIBLE. Send multiple emails, on hold on call, just the worst. They said they have moved warehouses and haven’t got the team in place but to bear with but that’s an automated response (if I even get that) as most of the time I hear nothing back. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
Please Avoid at all cost!
I really wish I have read the comments before purchasing from ganni website:( I have shipped back my return and the tracking shows that it has already arrived back in June 29, it is coming to 3weeks now and I’m still waiting for my refund and the customer service is not getting back to me. I am really worried now, it is 363cad, What should I do?

Do not buy from here.
I wish I'd checked here before ordering. It's been over 3 weeks since a placed my order and it hasn't even been handed over to the shipping company. I've contacted Ganni multiple times and only had one response, nearly 2 weeks later, just telling me what I can already see which is that my parcel hasn't yet been shipped from the warehouse. I thought I was treating myself but in reality Ganni have just stolen my money.

Almost a month and still no refund. I returned two dresses to Ganni on the 14th of June, I've tracked them so know they've been received and yet I've had on refund. Emails and WhatsApp messages go unanswered.
I too was given the "We are moving warehouse" when finally I called. That was a week ago ..still no refund.
Ganni gonna give my £270 back otherwise I'll raise it with my bank...

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
We had the misfortune to order a gift card for someone who wanted to buy some seriously overpriced tatt (£70 for a baseball cap!) and the gift card didn't arrive (by email!!!!) so I called and was told they had 'an issue'! If you have 'an issue', how about letting us know there is 'an issue' so that we don't have to ask the person if they have received their gift!!! The next day I had to call again! They still had 'an issue'!!! I wonder how many other customers have been fleeced in this way???
ZERO EFFORT!
ZERO CARE!
ZERO ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY!
Should be able to give ZERO stars!
